This item far exceeded my expectations in absolutely every way! Customer service was excellent before I purchased as I had a few questions. Shipping was very quick. Item was received about 1 1/2 weeks after ordering. Item is solid, well made and heavy (which i personally like and wanted). It’s a beautiful piece and I’ve received numerous compliments about it. I would definitely order from Norsegard again in the future! My only recommendation to someone who decides to order this is to consider purchasing a heavier chain instead of using the one that comes with it. The chain that comes with it is fine but I personally wanted something a little “beefier” to match better with the weight of the amulet. If you are at all “on the fence” trying to decide whether to purchase or not my suggestion is GO FOR IT! You will not be disappointed!
