Great Reasons To Buy From Us:

Torc Bracelet made from solid bronze in the classic twisted torc style, finished with intricately sculpted boar heads at each end. Encircling the necks are Elder Futhark runes spelling "Freyja" and "Hildisvíni" ("Battle Swine"), honoring the goddess' legendary boar companion. In Norse mythology, Hildisvíni accompanied Freyja into battle and symbolized courage, protection, and unwavering loyalty. The warm bronze finish and traditional open cuff design echo the appearance of historic Viking oath rings, creating a striking piece inspired by one of the most iconic companions in Norse legend.

The size of this bracelet can be adjusted by firmly pulling the bracelet apart or together until the desired size is reached. To avoid damaging the bracelet while adjusting, it is recommended to apply size adjustments slowly and to not exceed the product size limitations. Frequent adjustments may harm the bracelet. For more information on proper adjusting and wearing of this bracelet, please refer to our Cuff Bangle & Torc Bracelet Wear Guide.

In Norse mythology, Hildisvíni ("Battle Swine") is the boar of the goddess Freyja. In the poem Hyndluljóð, Freyja rides Hildisvíni on a journey to visit the seeress Hyndla, seeking to uncover the ancestry of her favored follower, Óttar. To protect him during the journey, Freyja disguises Óttar in the form of the boar. Hildisvíni remains one of the best-known animal companions in Norse mythology and highlights Freyja's active role in guiding and aiding those under her protection.
