I was initially impressed with the bangle and it’s quality, however I was left disappointed as I sat in the airport and the bangle had broken in half while still on my wrist. I hope you can rectify this issue.

We recommend reaching out as soon as the break occurs to be eligible for a replacement, and review collection typically takes place 45 days after order receipt. If a significant amount of time has passed since the bracelet receipt and break, please reference this review and our reply when you contact us for warranty extension.
This type of break may be due to a manufacturing defect if it occurs shortly after the initial adjustment, such as if the item broke on the third day in this case. However, it usually happens when the bracelet is repeatedly opened and closed for wear, which is a damaging practice for this type of cuff bracelet. The best way to clean most jewelry is to use a polishing cloth gently and regularly to help prevent oxidation buildup.
We recommend avoiding chemical cleaners and drying the item immediately if it is exposed to moisture.
