Got my bracelet the other day and looked really nice when I first got it out of the package. Maybe it's just me but aren't chains are usually flexible?.....This one not so much......Actually it so inflexible that it's almost too stiff to bend into a circle. This makes it really hard to put on and get clasp together. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I think it's suppose to be way more flexible....?

A Byzantine chain should normally have some flexibility, but because of the intricate weave and the way the links are interlocked, a new bracelet can sometimes feel stiffer than expected, especially given a tighter weave. During shipping, the links can also settle into a position that makes the bracelet feel more rigid initially.
A few things you can try:
Hold the bracelet in both hands and gently flex it back and forth along its length. This can help loosen the links and improve flexibility.
Roll the bracelet lightly between your fingers to encourage the links to move more freely.
Check whether any individual links appear caught, compressed, or out of alignment, as this can occasionally restrict movement.
If the bracelet remains extremely stiff or is difficult to form into a circle after some gentle manipulation, it's possible that there is a manufacturing issue. In that case, please contact us for further resolution.
