The chain doesn’t move it stay in one sport and it’s hard it doesn’t feel like a chain it feels like a bangle for your neck it’s made of good quality it’s just I think the maker should have let it be more lose

Hello, thank you for your feedback. As this is a handmade, tightly woven wheat chain, the links can be quite tight and stiff immediately after manufacture. This is normal when the chain is new rather than an intended rigidity of the design.

With wear, the links will gradually settle and loosen, allowing the chain to become more flexible and drape more naturally around the neck. Gently working and flexing the chain by hand can also help loosen the weave more quickly. We hope you will find that its flexibility improves considerably with use.
