Genuine handcrafted 925 Sterling Silver pendant depicting world tree Yggdrasil with the Elder Rune circle and four Nordic mystical symbols surrounding it. The Runic circle is often called "the Wheel of the World" and it contains the entire Elder Futhark alphabet, claimed to have beneficial mystical properties by Skaldic manuscripts. This is a double sided pendant. Included with the pendant comes a comfortable black cord for ideal wear of this piece.

Yggdrasil is the world tree in Norse mythology and its trunk is the center of Nordic spiritual cosmos. Nine worlds are connected by Yggdrasil, and all Gods go to this tree daily to perform their duties. In Norse culture and many other cultures around the globe, the tree often represents the eternal life. The constant cycle of death and rebirth brought the belief that life is cyclical and therefore eternal. The world tree became a popular symbol of such belief all over the Earth, and its imagery was often included in religious rituals or depicted on sacred charms.

Disappointed

I ordered a chain and a pendant from these guys. I assumed the pendant would fit the chain. It does not. The chain constantly undoes and I have a pendant in and use. I’ve had one response to en email in 2 weeks and it doesn’t look like anything with be done about it. Total waste of time and money would not use these guys every again!

Hello Wesley, we greatly value fast customer service and positive customer experience, and we have checked with our customer support about the issue experienced with your order. Unfortunately, as mentioned in our email reply to you, the 5mm thick chain that was ordered is simply too thick as it is intended to be worn on its own, and it cannot physically fit the pendant.

At this time, we have received a total of two emails from you with both answered within 12 hours of receipt, with last email received on October 27th at 17:29EST. We have suggested a chain thickness that would fit the ordered pendant as requested, however we have received no further correspondence from your end on how we can assist you further with your issue. If there was a follow-up email sent to our customer support past that date, please resend it to us and we will be happy to continue working with you to resolve the problem.
